Ministry Coordinator at Ethiopian Kalw Heywet Church
Abera Ajula is the ministry coordinator for Ethiopian Kalw Heywet Church, where he is responsible for pastoral training and education of more than 10,000 pastors. This denomination represents more than 13,000 churches and 12 million believers. Abera is a graduate of The Master’s Seminary and is supporting the development of a TMAI (The Master’s Academy International) training center in the country.

Nathan Busenitz serves as the executive vice president, provost, and professor of theology at The Master's Seminary. He is also an an elder and co-pastor of the Cornerstone Fellowship Group at Grace Community Church and the author of several books.

Carl ministered at Grace Church from 1990 to 1993, was ordained, and pastored two churches in the Los Angeles area from 1994 to 2014 before returning to Grace Church. He is passionate about foreign missions and travels internationally yearly, supporting leaders and volunteers in various countries. He is the co-founder of the African Revitalization Centre. He directs the Grace Advance ministry of Grace Church, which provides pastoral leadership for church planting and revitalization in North America.
DR. CARL HARGROVE
Pastor-Teacher of Baltimore Bible Church and Board Member of The Master’s University and Seminary
George L. Lawson Jr. (M.Div, The Master's Seminary, B.A. Washington Bible College) is the teaching pastor of Baltimore Bible Church. He also serves on the boards of The Masters University and Seminary and The Master's Fellowship Mid-Atlantic. He is currently pursuing a ThM at The Master's Seminary. George has been married to Jennifer since 1998 and has been blessed to raise three adult children.

Chancellor of African Christian University and Pastor of Kabwata Baptist Church in Lusaka, Zambia
Dr. Conrad Mbewe has served as the pastor of Kabwata Baptist Church in Lusaka, Zambia, since 1987. He is a frequent conference speaker throughout Africa and around the world, and the author of Maintaining Sexual Purity and Foundations for the Flock. Dr. Mbewe is also the editor of Reformation Zambia magazine, and writes a column for a Zambian national weekly newspaper as well as his own blog, A Letter from Kabwata.

Faly Ravoahangy studied as a first-class dual-purpose Merchant Marine Officer in Le Havre, France, and sailed for several years before meeting his wife, Lily. After their marriage, he retired from his maritime career and worked for oil companies at different management levels. He then completely changed direction and pursued theology studies, earning a Master's degree and a Doctor of ministry in Expository Preaching. In 2017, he returned to Madagascar and founded Madagascar 3M (Preacher, Shepherd, Servant) He is also the Equipping Pastor and an elder at the Ankadivato Bible Baptist Church, as well as the Vice President of the Board of the Biblical Baptist Churches in Madagascar. Faly and Lily have five children.

President of The Master's Academy International
Prior to being appointed to his full-time role with TMAl, Dr. Tatlock served as Executive Vice President and Provost of The Master's University. Mark brings 17 years of executive administrative experience to TMAl, and has been active in theological training for cross-cultural ministry within urban and international contexts. He is eager to invest in strengthening TMAl's development and academic divisions. As a graduate of The Master's Seminary, he is committed to TMAl's theological distinctives and the priority of pastoral training. Mark and his wife Lisa have five children.

Director of HeartCry Missionary Society
Paul Washer ministered as a missionary in the jungles of Peru for a over a decade, during which time he founded HeartCry Missionary Society to support Peruvian church planters. Paul now serves as Executive Director of HeartCry. He and his wife, Charo, have four children: lan, Evan, Rowan and Bronwyn.
