The Roots and Reformation Conference seeks to glorify God through expositional preaching, practical biblical workshops, and enriching fellowship. Its purpose is to provide insight into the historical roots of Christianity on the African continent, to celebrate the impact of the Christian Reformation in Africa, and to promote the ongoing biblical influence of the Reformation within the local church.

The ultimate goal of the conference is that local churches would be strengthened in several key ways. They are challenged to uphold biblical truth and convictions, encouraged to remain committed to both local outreach and global missions, and equipped to faithfully address the unique challenges faced by the local church, particularly within the urban context.
